Scented soy candles, when used properly, do not present an immediate health risk to pets. Concerns related to essential oils generally occur through ingestion or direct contact with the skin. When enjoying our candles or other scented products, place them in a spacious, well-ventilated area. If accidental ingestion happens, contact your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic right away.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unopened and unused items. If you received a damaged product, please reach out to us and we'll provide a resolution.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Typically, shipping within Canada usually takes 5-7 business days, and U.S. orders can take 7-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Our products are made in Canada with all ingredients from USA.

Shipping within Quebec is $10 flat rate, and $14.00 to the rest of Canada and USA. Orders over $150 get free shipping.
