We're sorry you need to return your Rose Halo product. Let Us Help.

Eligible items can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 7 days from purchase date. Ineligible items include items in clearance section, flash sale items and retired fragrances.

To return your shipment, please contact the customer service department cs@shoprosehalo.com with name and order number and our customer representative will help you in the process.

Did you purchase your Rose Halo product at a physical store or online marketplaces Please return or exchange your product at the location or marketplace where you purchased it.

  • Items you intend to return must be unused, and in sellable condition.
  • Returned products must be securely packed in original packaging such as to ensure safe delivery back to our distribution facility. If the items arrive back at our facility in broken condition, it will impact the refund amount.
  • Orders over $100 may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • In some cases, our shipping carriers show that a delivery was completed, but a customer doesn't find their products. We do not guarantee a replacement in this scenario, but we do want to help you. Please get in touch with our customer service team.
  • Credits for returns will be refunded to the original credit card used to place the order. Refunds can take 7 - 10 business days, once the credit has been requested. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
